Who we are — and what we're not
This website is operated by Stroer Property Group ("Stroer Property Group," "we," "us"), 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin TX 78731.
Important disclosure: Stroer Property Group is not itself a licensed real estate brokerage. We are also not a law firm, financial advisor, or tax advisor. We are a team of licensed REALTORS® — our founder and every agent who joins our network — along with vetted investor buyers, helping homeowners in difficult property situations understand their options and connecting them with an appropriate solution. Where a transaction requires a licensed real estate agent, that work is performed by the appropriately licensed member of our team, not by the Stroer Property Group brand itself.
All information on this site — including descriptions of foreclosure, probate, tax, and lien processes in Florida and Georgia — is general information provided for orientation only. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice, may not reflect the most current law or your county's specific procedures, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney or other qualified professional about your specific situation.
Privacy policy
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you contact us — through the form on this site (which sends an email from your own email app), by email, or by phone — we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, and information about your property or situation.
- Basic site data. This is a static website. We don't run advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and the site itself doesn't set cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may process standard technical data, such as IP addresses, as part of serving the site.
- Public records. Separately from this website, our outreach is based on publicly available county records (such as court filings and tax records). We treat that information with the same care described here.
How we use it
- To respond to you and, if you ask us to, to help with your property situation — including sharing relevant details with a licensed agent, attorney, title company, or buyer you've agreed to be connected with.
- We do not sell your personal information. We don't rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers.
- If you ask us to stop contacting you, we honor that immediately and keep only what's needed to make sure we don't contact you again.
Retention and questions
We keep correspondence only as long as it's useful for helping you or as required by law. To ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email stephen@stroerpropertygroup.com — a real person will handle it.
Terms of use
- Use of this site. This site is provided for general information. You may browse and share it freely; you may not scrape it, misrepresent it, or use its content in a misleading way.
- No advice, no guarantee. Content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Processes, timelines, and outcomes described here are general and vary case by case; nothing on this site is a promise of any particular price, timeline, or result.
- No client relationship. Contacting us, or our responding, does not by itself create any agency, brokerage, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship. Any engagement with a licensed professional we connect you with is between you and that professional.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stroer Property Group is not liable for decisions made in reliance on general information from this site. Talk to a licensed professional before acting on anything time-sensitive.
- Third-party links and services. Where we link to or use third-party services (hosting, fonts, email), those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
- Changes. We may update this page from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
